Online voting, made for schools

If you’re already using or thinking about 5-Star Students to keep track of student involvement, you no longer need a separate service for online voting.  Take advantage of the student lists you already have, along with features unique to school voting scenarios.  Check out this overview, and then create a sample poll yourself to try it out!

Offer incentive for surveys and voting

One of the unique aspects of 5-Star Students is the ability to manage a point system for participation in activities and events.  This allows schools to easily implement an incentive program that rewards students for being involved.

With our new ability to administer feedback surveys and facilitate online voting, the same option applies!  Simply set a point value for a survey or voting poll and let students know what it’s worth.

Points are only accumulated when the individual completes the survey or casts their vote. You can use this feature immediately to help drive more participation, just like with school activities and events!

How do you know if your dance or other event went well. Just ask!

Sometimes, the numbers alone don’t tell the story.  Getting feedback after a school event can almost always provide more insight than just understanding who was there.  In the case of a school dance, you could ask questions about the start time, the DJ/music, the theme, etc.  The results you get from specific questions like these might be very useful for planning that next event.  5-Star Students makes it easy to create surveys and send them to specific groups of event attendees, students, faculty/staff, etc.  Check out this overview, and try one after your next event!
